Ingredients
1. Lots of fingerling potatoes
2. Peanut Oil
3. Salt
4. Pepper
5. Rosemary
Cook up
1. Cut up potatoes in halves
2. Add salt/black peppers or chili powder with peanut oil and mix all of it up and let soak for few minutes
3. Heat up a cast iron frying pan and add some peanut oil
4. Let the potato mix sizzle and cook with a lid at medium heat
5. Remove lid and let cook until deep brown
