Ingredients
1. Winter Squash
2. Olive Oil
3. Salt
4. Pepper
5. Winter Squash or Pumpkin Seeds
6. Cilantro
Cook up
1. Fry the pumpkin seeds until they pop.
2. Grate the seeds to make a fine seasoning
3. Chop winter squash in large 2" chunks
4. Add salt/black peppers to the winter squash and let sizzle in a baking oven tray
5. Set oven to 300 F and let cook. Cover the tray with Aluminum foil for quicker cooking
6. When red and cooked, remove and season with the finely grated seeds and cilantro
8. Serve with love and enjoy!
